In this role, you will report directly to the Pharmacy Manager and be responsible for dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing necessary patient counseling. You’ll create awareness through community health initiatives and train colleagues, enhancing the pharmacy's service quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications accurately and promptly to patients
• Maintain adequate inventory for patient needs
• Counsel patients on medications with a positive approach
• Engage customers through education and health events
• Address and resolve patient and doctor's issues effectively
Requirements:
• BSc in Pharmacy with a valid Class A license
• Exceptional customer service and skilled demeanor
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in community-based marketing
• Computer proficiency, especially with Healthwatch system
