Join the Responsible Gambling Council as the Director of Prevention Programs with a hybrid work arrangement in Toronto. This role focuses on developing effective gambling prevention initiatives across Canada. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing a broad range of prevention programs that address the needs of various communities, such as youth and cultural groups.
Your leadership will cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance RGC’s influence and community engagement. You will analyze program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and drive impactful results in alignment with the organization’s mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of prevention education programs
- Lead the development of creative program strategies
- Ensure accountability for program budgets and outcomes
- Create partnerships with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
- Foster a culture of learning and evidence-based improvement Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program management
- Relevant degree in related fields or equivalent expertise
- Proven ability to drive transformational change
- Strong people management skills and team leadership
- Experience working with stakeholders in public health Lead in advancing evidence-based prevention strategies while promoting wellbeing in communities.
