Join The Career Foundation as a Program Support Specialist, contributing to youth empowerment in Ontario's vibrant communities. This full-time role operates on a hybrid model, allowing for adaptable work balances.
As part of the national Youth Thrive program, you'll be stationed in North York, focusing on youth aged 16 to 30 from diverse backgrounds. Your responsibilities include facilitating information sessions, performing participant assessments, and customizing service plans. Your attention to detail will enhance data integrity and ensure compliance in program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage youth in program information sessions clearly • Assess individual needs and goals for volunteer placements • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits • Support team members during on-site facility visits • Implement quality assurance measures for program services
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in relevant fields • 2+ years of program administration experience • Experience with Indigenous or underserved youth • Valid Ontario G driver's license and reliable transportation • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
