In this pivotal role, you will implement the activities planned in the prevention program framework on significant construction projects. Working collaboratively with the Health & Safety Manager and construction leaders, you will identify and mitigate risks while conducting regular inspections and training sessions for site workers.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee compliance with the project’s prevention program • Actively participate in safety planning and organization • Inspect work environments for hazards and safety adherence • Evaluate and report on safety incidents and measures • Facilitate safety orientations and training sessions for team members

Requirements: • Educational background in health and safety is a plus • CNESST certification is required • 3+ years of experience in health and safety in construction • Experience with large-scale construction projects • Effective communication and leadership skills
