Since our founding in 1968, we've grown to a dynamic team of 1,600+ employees across 14 locations globally, all united by a passion for innovation and excellence.Mission & VisionWe connect the aviation industry through smart technology to make flight safer and more efficient, driving the future of aviation with intelligence and exceptional customer experiences.Our Values & Excellence MindsetWe are customer obsessed, trust‐driven, owners of our work, stronger together, constantly curious, and boldly innovative.What You Will Experience In This RoleCAMP monitors 35,000+ aircraft engines worldwide, in close partnership with the engine OEMs behind those programs, today mainly Pratt & Whitney Canada and Honeywell, with additional OEM partnerships expected as the business grows.We're hiring a Technical Product Manager (Engine Health Monitoring) to own the day-to-day technical relationship with those partners, aligning roadmaps, working through engine performance challenges together, and turning those conversations into clear product direction for our engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical relationship with our engine OEM partners, principally Pratt & Whitney Canada and Honeywell, with scope to grow into additional OEMs acting as CAMP's day-to-day technical point of contact, build trust at the working level, and keep the partnership productive between formal reviewsAlign roadmaps with OEM partners - run regular technical reviews, understand their EHM priorities and program plans,



and shape how CAMP's roadmap supports themWork engine performance technical challenges jointly with OEM engineering to investigate issues, evaluate proposed detection logic or algorithm changes, and drive them to an agreed solutionTranslate OEM commitments, coordination memos, and joint findings into clear, prioritized requirements the development team can build fromApply engine health monitoring expertise (gas path, vibration, oil, fuel trend analysis) to interpret engine behavior, challenge assumptions, and shape product concepts grounded in real dataPrototype ideas hands‐on using AI tools (e.G., Claude, ChatGPT) to build lightweight proofs-of-concept and pressure‐test requirements before committing engineering bandwidthRepresent the OEM and operator perspective internally; to engineering, analytics, and commercial teams and keep everyone aligned on commitments, scope, and timelinesYou haveExperience managing technical relationships with engine OEMs, suppliers, or major partners in aerospace (direct exposure to Pratt & Whitney Canada or Honeywell is a robust plus) while being comfortable sitting across from engineering leadership and holding a substantive conversationExperience with OEM service programs, coordination memos, or joint engineering agreementsWorking knowledge of turbine engine performance and engine health monitoring: trend analysis, gas path / vibration / oil / fuel parameters,



and what healthy versus degrading behavior looks likeAbility to translate a technical discussion with OEM engineers into requirements a development team can act on, without losing the engineering detailComfort using AI tools (e.G., Claude, ChatGPT) to prototype concepts and draft requirements - you don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be able to put a rough working concept together yourselfAerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering background, or equivalent experience in engine performance, powerplant engineering, or condition monitoringStrong written and verbal communication; equally credible presenting to an OEM partner and to internal executivesWillingness to travel to OEM and customer sites (approximately 15-25%)Nice to havePrior product management or product ownership experience in enterprise SaaS or aviation softwareFamiliarity with SQL or other data exploration tools for investigating trends, but not a requirementWorking French (an asset for the Montreal location and P&WC engagement)Why Work at CAMP?Join a culture where your ideas matter, your impact is real, and your growth is supported.
