• Prepare budgets including direct and indirect costs
• Update proformas and analyze variances quarterly
• Assist with annual business planning and reporting
• Prepare financing proposals for banks
• Manage project cash flow and monthly draws
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
• Active CPA designation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Background in construction or real estate is advantageous
