In this dual role, you will be responsible for facilitating daily youth programs and ensuring a safe, enriching environment. Reporting to the Program Manager, your role involves collaborating with community partners to deliver creative programs at local sites. You will also manage budgets and resources effectively, nurturing youth from the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily programming and youth activities
• Maintain detailed logs of participant incidents
• Supervise team leaders and staff during programs
• Foster communication with families and stakeholders
• Uphold safety standards throughout programming
Requirements:
• Certification in First Aid & CPR is required
• Clear criminal reference check necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience with youth programs an asset
