Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide essential support to residents, engaging them in activities and providing hands-on assistance with daily needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and ambulation
• Encourage participation in activities and social programs
• Deliver meals and provide necessary feeding assistance




• Support families with emotional and social needs
• Follow safety protocols and complete care documentation
Requirements:
• Must have completed a 600-hour PSW program
• Experience in long-term care is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills with residents and family members
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role
• Clearance of a vulnerable sector check within 6 months
