Schools invites applications for a probationary full time Educational Assistant position at Ecole Mother d'Youville School in Beaumont, Alberta, beginning August 31, 2026. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Special Needs Educational Assistant to join our thriving school team. The successful candidate needs to exemplify a patient and caring manner to provide care for a student with complex medical and academic needs that often includes toileting. This dynamic individual would also need to be available to work within the LEAP (Learning Every Day Achieving Potential) classroom. Preferred candidates will have experience working with students with exceptional abilities and/or medical needs.

Experience in a school setting would be considered an asset.

Employment is conditional upon the submission of a recent (within six months) Criminal Record Check, including the Vulnerable Sector Check, as well as a recent (within 6 months)Alberta Children's Intervention Record Check. Please note: Catholicity is not a requirement it is considered an asset.
