Alloys is searching for a Process Engineer with a background in manufacturing to facilitate the scaling of our wire production lines.

Your role will involve enhancing operational efficiency by working cross-functionally with production and quality teams, driving process optimization, and ensuring our outputs meet stringent quality requirements. This position eliminates bottlenecks and enhances throughput within our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and optimize wire production techniques
- Identify and reduce manufacturing bottlenecks
- Maintain compliance with QMS documentation
- Develop in-process quality control metrics
- Collaborate with teams to enhance product transfer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering
- 2–5 years in process engineering
- Familiarity with QMS and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methods
