About the RoleApprosolutions is growing its procurement team and is looking for Procurement Specialists and Senior Procurement Specialists to support current and upcoming client mandates across industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, and project-based environments.

This is a permanent, full-time position with Approsolutions, offering the opportunity to work on varied client mandates and develop long-term within our organization.

Responsibilities

- Manage and support RFQ / RFP and sourcing processes
- Conduct supplier evaluations, bid analysis, and commercial comparisons
- Support and lead supplier negotiations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and suppliers
- Manage purchase requirements and support procurement execution
- Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery, quality, cost, and performance
- Ensure procurement activities remain aligned with project schedules and priorities
- Support strategic sourcing and supplier selection activities
- Contribute to procurement process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support CAPEX, complex sourcing, or project procurement activities when required

Qualifications
- 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience




- 10+ years of experience welcomed for Senior-level profiles
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or other complex environments
- Solid experience with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier management, and negotiations
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar ERP/procurement systems is an asset
- CAPEX or complex/project sourcing experience is an asset
- French/English bilingualism is an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
