Key Responsibilities:



• Lead daily operations of the human resources function • Provide HR expertise to managers across the organization • Contribute to project planning and implementation • Manage the HR team effectively and collaboratively • Enhance the employee experience in a healthcare setting

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resource Management • Current CHRL or CHRP designation preferred • 3-5 years of HR experience in a multi-union environment • Healthcare HR experience is a plus • Equivalent education or training is considered
