Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate technical issues for projects and policy initiatives • Conduct cost estimation and financial modeling analyses • Oversee procurement designs and strategies • Lead contract development with legal teams • Implement procurement processes and manage obligations
Requirements: • 4-6 years in analysis, procurement, contracting • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Strong writing and communication abilities • Knowledge of Ontario electricity markets preferred • Stakeholder engagement experience and adaptability
