Our client is looking for a Product Management Lead to lead the redesign of their customer-facing mobile application for a retail/food & beverage business. This role will be responsible for defining the product vision, leading UX/UI design, and driving delivery of a modern, customer-centric mobile experience that supports loyalty, ordering, promotions, and customer engagement.

This role will be onsite downtown 5x per week (Yonge/King).

The rate range is $90-100 per hour, CAD.

This will be 6+ months, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end mobile app redesign from discovery through launch.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned to business goals.
- Conduct customer research, user testing, and journey mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and oversee UX/UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and design standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams,



and external partners to deliver the solution.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and agile delivery activities.
- Establish KPIs and leverage customer insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, UX Leadership, or related digital product roles.
- Proven experience leading mobile app redesign or digital transformation initiatives.
- Robust knowledge of product management, UX/UI design, and customer experience best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Retail, food & beverage, QSR, or consumer-facing digital experience preferred.
