You will interact with residents and guests, manage lobby operations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide concierge-style service at the building entry • Control resident access and oversee visitor registrations • Implement conflict resolution strategies as needed • Support management and contractors with timely assistance • Commit to continuous training in emergency response

Requirements: • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (or working towards) • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, ideally in hospitality • Robust interpersonal skills for guest interactions • Team player with high service standards under pressure • Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification are an asset
