This position at BGC Yorkton runs from September through June 2027, focusing on relationship-driven activities for youth. Successful applicants will bring 1-2 years of relevant experience and the ability to create a positive impact through programming. Duties include activity planning, safety management, and engagement with youth and their families.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and implement youth-focused programming and activities • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to by all participants • Build constructive relationships with youth, families, and partners • Track participant engagement and provide valuable feedback • Model positive behavior and leadership qualities
Requirements: • Previous experience with youth is an asset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment • Maintain a clear Police Record and Vulnerable Sector Check • Available for shifting hours, including evenings
