Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Associate in Filter Production to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling, inspecting, and packaging high-quality air filtration systems, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently maintained. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic manufacturing and production workplace.

Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming materials and finished filters for defects, proper seals, and proper dimensions.
- Safely operate light machinery, cutting equipment, and assembly tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to
- Conduct quality checks using measurement tools to ensure specifications are met




- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and optimize processes
- Assemble filter units by following detailed instructions, ensuring proper fit, function, and safety compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

- Proven experience filter production or related manufacturing roles
- Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while adhering to safety protocols
