Thai Spice Corporation is a meal preparation and food production company specializing in preparing high-quality meals for our customers. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented Production Food Plater to join our kitchen team.

About the Position The Production Food Plater is responsible for plating prepared food accurately and consistently according to our recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. This is a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail are very important.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production kitchen and takes pride in consistency, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Plate prepared meals accurately and consistently for production.
- Follow plating instructions, portion sizes, recipes, and presentation standards.
- Work efficiently and maintain a steady pace during busy production periods.




- Maintain consistency and quality across a large volume of meals.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the Head Chef and team members.
- Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary plating station.
- Support the kitchen team with food preparation and other production tasks when needed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure daily production is completed on time.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.

- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Very good ability to follow instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous kitchen, meal preparation, food production, or plating experience is an asset.
