Role Description The production floor worker is a full-time, on-site role based in Saskatoon, SK. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with production processes, operating machinery, assembling components, and supporting the setup and operation of production lines. The role involves inspecting materials and finished products for quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

- Experience with industrial coated fabrics production and working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to operate and monitor machines safely and efficiently, with basic mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, including visual inspection and adherence to product specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to be easily adaptable, learn new tasks quickly, and shift between different production duties.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to stand or kneel for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Previous manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required.
