What You'll Be Doing

- Operate front end loader to move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently
- Load trucks, hoppers, and conveyors to support continuous plant production
- Perform pre shift inspections and basic equipment maintenance to ensure reliability
- Monitor material quality and report any issues to maintain product standards
- Follow all safety procedures and site policies to protect yourself and your team

What Are We Looking For

- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as loaders in a safe and controlled manner
- Strong awareness of surroundings with a commitment to safety and hazard recognition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude with the capability to perform routine inspections and minor maintenance




- Reliable attendance and a proactive approach to completing tasks

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
