This role oversees day-to-day operations and environmental health and safety practices in our industrial facility. As a key technical leader, you’ll mentor operators and engineers while managing compliance with safety standards. Your insights will support continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance processes throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures
- Train and mentor operators and technicians
- Lead continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives
- Support annual Production Fixed Cost budget development
- Coordinate maintenance activities and safety management

Requirements

- Power Engineering certificate or Bachelor of Engineering
- 15+ years in industrial operations; minimum 3 years in supervision
- Experience with hazardous chemicals and plant commissioning
- Solid knowledge of process safety programs
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
