Tillsonburg Custom Foods has an immediate opening available for Afternoon shift Supervisor position. Overtime when needed.

Overview:

The Production Supervisor will report to the Production Manager. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the production team is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Production Manager and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met;
- Assist with employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality requirements;
- Sustain 4S and 5S activities;
- Participate as an active member of the production team;
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions;
- Complete required documentation relating to business and CFIA requirements;
- Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work;
- Identify and support continuous improvement effort with Production Manager
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Characteristics:





- Post Secondary Certificate or equivalent
- Prior experience as a team leader;
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications;
- Ability to work in a moderate to cold working environment;
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements;
- Ability to multi-task and remain standing or moving for long periods of time.

Shift- 2:30pm to 11:00 pm(Monday to Friday) Existing/New- New shift and New position

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
