We are seeking an experienced Production/Structural Welder with solid GMAW (MIG) welding experience. The successful candidate will perform high-volume, multi-pass welding of structural components while maintaining quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform GMAW (MIG) and multi-pass welding.

- Perform high-production welding on structural components, including tubes, beams, angles, and plates.

- Tack components using fixtures and jigs.

- Complete repetitive, high-volume production runs of 500+ parts.

- Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot welding machines, gas, wire, cables, and settings.

- Read and follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

- Use basic measuring tools accurately.

- Perform welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.





- Clean and degrease weld joints and workpieces as required.

- Maintain consistent weld quality while meeting production targets.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of high-production welding experience.

- Minimum 10 years of structural welding experience.

- Valid CWB ticket for GMAW or FCAW.

- Strong experience with MIG/GMAW welding and multi-pass welding.

- Ability to read drawings and use basic measuring tools.

- Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and productivity.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
