Profile With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role: 3 to 5 years'

experience supervising staff, in a unionized and manufacturing workplace

Ability to plan, organize, direct and control

Good people management skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Sense of autonomy, resourcefulness and teamwork

Ability to express suggestions for process improvement

Knowledge of production management computer system and Office365 suite.
