The Production

Supervisor is responsible for leading one or more teams in the execution of all production processes. This position requires understanding of risk assessment and management as it relates to production and safety activities. The primary responsibility of the Production Supervisor is to ensure the assigned work is completed in a timely manner. monitoring work progress and compliance with policies and procedures; training and assisting technicians.

The Production

Supervisor uses judgment independently and makes difficult decisions (i.e. Layoffs, disciplinary actions, prioritizing multiple projects and hiring employees.) The Production Supervisor will work with the Operations Manager and Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes. Manages processes to ensure that the product is manufactured in accordance with the documented customer requirements and work instructions Manage priorities and work assignments each day that are determined in conjunction with Operations Management Coordinates all production activities with Hamilton Ops, Hwy 20 Ops,



Project Management and Cell Managers Provides training and assistance to cell leads on handling risk management, employee issues, work order issues, CDIs, or other problems or concerns as they arise Provides Risk management of facilities and work force Handles all facility related concerns as they arise and resolves operational/manufacturing problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

Provide CDI inspections as needed Utilizes QCBD, SAP and Kronos (to monitor attendance; Works towards continuous improvement by building the technical skills of the team and constantly improving quality and efficiency High school diploma or GED required. At least 4 years in production and personnel management Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with Excel, Outlook, and Word Must be able to learn the project management software within 3 months. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.Secret Security Clearance (U.Technical or College degree preferred.

Wage range for this role is between $24 - $48 an hour plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits.



Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay.
