Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will support daily cheese and ice cream production, ensure quality control standards are met, and maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare raw materials for cheese and ice cream production on a daily basis.
- Accurately measure ingredients and load them into mixing hoppers or processing machines.
- Monitor and control process variables including cooking times, ingredient inputs, and temperature settings.
- Secure tank and machinery connections as required.
- Operate machinery to fill containers and package finished products into boxes.
- Maintain clean production areas and properly sanitize mechanical equipment.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices comply with company policies and food safety regulations.

Experience

- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly,



or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately .
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
