A new rewarding career opportunity as a Production Supervisor is now being offered with Victoria's oldest company. Stewart Monumental Works Ltd. has been servicing the needs of British Columbians since 1896, manufacturing fine granite monuments and headstones. This successful candidate, will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, dedication, and dynamic personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Operation of automated and manual sandblast machinery.
- Monitoring shop workload and managing staff to avoid any issues that may arise.
- Perform thorough quality control checks, prior to delivery/installation.
- Working with staff in other departments to assure accurate and effective transition throughout the production process. These are just a few of the requirements, many others will be discussed during the interview process.




- Learning the method of granite memorial production.
- Heavy lifting will be required at times, for this position.
- Forklift and Hiab experience is as asset. Class 5 - B.C. drivers license is mandatory.
- Experience with power tools in required. Please provide previous work experience.
