Are you reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and take pride in making homes clean, fresh, and comfortable? We’re looking for professional Commercial and Residential Cleaners to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

- Perform high-quality commercial cleaning in clients’ offices or residential cleaning in clients’ homes
- Complete standard, recurring, and one-time house cleanings
- Perform detailed deep-cleaning services
- Prepare homes for move-in and move-out
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and clean surfaces
- Pay close attention to details and ensure homes meet our quality standards
- Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and client instructions
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately
- Provide friendly, respectful, and professional service to every client
- Maintain client privacy and treat every home and personal belonging with care

Qualifications

- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence
- Reliable access to a vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Comfortable working in different types and sizes of homes
- Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists




- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and provide references
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends, is an asset
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices is an asset
