About the role
As an EOR HR Operations Program & Enablement Manager, you will manage the systems, processes, and knowledge base for Rippling's Employer of Record (EOR) HR and Operations teams. You will design scalable workflows, tools, and training to ensure accurate and consistent support while leading cross-functional initiatives such as new country launches, process improvements, and compliance updates. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Payroll/Tax Operations to maintain and improve Rippling EOR’s service delivery.
What you will do
- Program & Process Ownership
- - Design and implement scalable HR operations processes and SOPs spanning onboarding, offboarding, leave management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage EOR operational initiatives across multiple countries, including process redesigns and compliance-driven rollouts, keeping structured plans, milestones, and risks on track.
- Help launch Rippling EOR in new countries by checking readiness, setting up workflows, and making sure we follow local laws, in partnership with a local HR Advisor.
- Own the end-to-end case management lifecycle and act as business owner for the EOR support, driving improvements in tools, workflows, and automation.
- Knowledge, Training & Performance Enablement
- - Maintain our internal and external guides and help center articles so the team and customers can find answers quickly and reduce the number of support tickets.
- Decide what information goes into help articles and policy guides for our clients.
- Create the training plan for new EOR team members and keep everyone updated on new features or changes.
- Build a program to help supervisors, leads, and managers coach their teams using data and clear feedback.
- Data,
Insights & Continuous Improvement
- - Work with managers around the world to collect feedback and find ways to make our service better.
- Keep track of how we are performing and turn reports into easy-to-use dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify root causes, guide priorities and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Implementation and Operations on solutions.
What you will need
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, EOR services, or managing programs in a fast-paced company.
- Experience running big projects with many people, tight deadlines, and international teams. You should also know how to build clear processes and guides from scratch.
- Good understanding of international employment laws and how EOR services work.
- Experience owning case management systems (e.g., Salesforce) and knowledge management ecosystems (e.g., Confluence, Help Centre), plus designing training curricula and coach-the-coach frameworks for frontline leaders.
- Great at planning projects, spotting risks, and keeping everyone updated on progress.
- Comfortable using data to build dashboards and using those numbers to make decisions.
- Clear writing and speaking skills, with the ability to explain things to anyone from support staff to executives.
- Comfort operating across time zones and managing workstreams that span multiple regions simultaneously.
