- Funding & Grant Administration: Prepare and submit funding applications for camp staff positions through Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) and other potential funders; manage grant reporting and compliance.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Manage and grow LDAPR’s social media presence, design creative marketing campaigns to boost program enrollment,

and work alongside the Program Manager to plan community information and networking events.
- Reporting & Administration: Report directly to the Executive Director, maintaining accurate program data, tracking registration metrics, and ensuring smooth daily administrative operations.

- Proven track record in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff or team members.
- Demonstrated experience with social media management, content creation, and innovative marketing strategies.
- Experience with grant writing and funding applications (e.g., Canada Summer Jobs) is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for family intake and community outreach.
