Job Summary

We are seeking a Program Lead & Client Solutions Specialist to lead Lumaris community programs while supporting clients, families, staff, and community partners. This role combines program leadership, client service, community engagement, and service development. The successful candidate will develop meaningful programs, lead on-site services, support staff, understand client needs, build relationships, and identify new program and partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate Lumaris programs, activities, and community outings.
- Design programs based on participant needs, interests, abilities, and goals.
- Lead on-site and community-based programs and ensure safe, quality service delivery.
- Guide support staff and communicate participant and program needs.
- Support life skills, social development, independence, recreation, and community participation.
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
- Support client intake, onboarding, follow-up, and basic documentation.
- Participate in meetings with prospective clients and organizations and present suitable Lumaris services.
- Identify current programs, referrals, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Communicate program needs, challenges, and opportunities to management.

Qualifications
- Education or experience in Human Services, Healthcare,



Developmental Services, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work, Education, Recreation, or a related field.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, behavioural needs, or other support needs is strongly preferred.
- Experience in program coordination, community services, client support, or developmental services is an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently and with a team.
- Ability to work in on-site and community-based environments.
- Reliable transportation or access to GTA locations.
- Commitment to person-centred care, inclusion, safety, and meaningful community participation.
