In your role, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of WinSport's diverse food service outlets. With a primary focus on the Garden Café and EightyEight Bar & Grill, you will ensure that performance standards are met through effective leadership and staff engagement. Your insights will also help shape marketing initiatives for various offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the food service locations
• Create and manage budgets for food and beverage departments
• Analyze financial performance metrics monthly
• Develop staff scheduling and payroll processes
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Requirements:
• Preferred degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in the industry
• Proven leadership for over 3 years
• Knowledge of POS systems in hospitality
• Class 5 driver's license required
