In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with the Director of People Operations to enhance workforce engagement and efficiency. You will manage various People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee records, and HR reporting. Utilize data insights and technology to foster continuous improvement and support HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for current hires
• Handle HRIS management and benefits administration
• Analyze workforce data for reporting and decision-making




• Contribute to compliance and audit procedures
• Provide recruitment support during high-volume hiring
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of full employee lifecycle support
• Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. employment laws
• Excellent organizational skills in managing priorities
• Proficiency with HR technological tools and data reports
