Authority (GTAA) is seeking a Program Manager for Organizational Learning with expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies. This full-time position enhances employee capabilities by designing and delivering innovative learning programs through various formats. Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to implement learning solutions aligned with organizational priorities in a dynamic airport setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging learning programs for diverse employee groups
