Program Support Facilitator – Part-Time/Casual

Wage: $22.50–$24.50/hour, based on experience
Position: Part-Time & Casual (15- 20 hours/ week) | Flexible Schedules
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
Travel throughout Fort Saskatchewan and the Sturgeon Region
About the Position
Program Support Facilitators support the delivery of FRN programs, workshops, activities, and community events for children, youth, caregivers, and families.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, energetic, engaging, positive, and comfortable working independently and in social settings.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, prepare, and facilitate programs, workshops, activities, and community events.
· Deliver curriculum-based, drop-in, and activity-based programming.
· Create welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environments for participants.
· Prepare all program materials, including supplies, meals, printables, attendance sheets, and surveys.
· Build positive relationships with children, youth, caregivers, and families.
· Provide information and connect families with appropriate community resources.
· Support healthy child and youth development, family well-being, and resilience.
· Participate in community outreach and engagement activities.
· Maintain attendance records, participant feedback, and required program documentation.
· Assist with program setup, cleanup,
and event preparation.
· Support promotional activities, including calendars, flyers, social media, and community communications.
· Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
· Support other FRN programs and initiatives as needed.

Requirements
· Valid driver's license
· Reliable transportation required
· Ability to work flexible schedule based on program needs
· Successful completion of required background checks and screening
· Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience in a related field
· Relevant training/ certifications: ASIST, CTIP certifications, Mental Health First Aid, First Aid, Trauma informed certifications
