WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsible for the oversight of internal finance-related projects with a strong emphasis on process optimization, systems integration, and cross-functional collaboration

Partner with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance data visibility, and strengthen project performance through effective financial management and system improvements

Lead and support initiatives to streamline financial and operational processes across departments

Work with Engineering to align cost structures, BOM (Bill of Materials), and project deliverables

Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to monitor manufacturing costs, work-in-progress (WIP), and inventory utilization

Act as a key financial liaison across departments to ensure alignment and transparency

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies

Post secondary degree in accounting, finance, or related field

CPA designation preferred

Minimum of five years of experience in project accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, job costing, and manufacturing financial processes

Experience with ERP systems

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

Experience with reporting tools considered an asset
