Prava is a VC-backed startup that helps physical, occupational, ABA, and speech therapists start, run, and grow independent private practices with the support of AI. We provide the infrastructure clinicians need to succeed - including software, credentialing, billing, referral management, and administrative operations - so they can focus on delivering exceptional care. We're hiring an Operations & Strategy Manager to help shape and execute Prava's highest-impact priorities.

You'll work directly with executive leadership on some of the company's most key strategic and operational initiatives, personally owning projects from idea through execution and delivering measurable business outcomes. You might redesign a core business process, improve a critical business metric, evaluate a new market opportunity, launch a new operational initiative, or partner with Engineering to build internal tools and AI-powered experiences that improve both our internal operations and our customer experience. You'll be equally comfortable analyzing data, working alongside frontline teams to solve operational challenges, partnering with engineers to build new capabilities, and communicating insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Work directly with frontline and back-office teams to understand operational challenges firsthand, identify root causes, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption through SOPs, training, quality standards, and performance metrics. Identify opportunities to improve business performance and operational metrics using data, customer insights, and structured analysis, then drive measurable outcomes through execution. Build dashboards, analyses, financial models, and business cases that provide visibility into company performance and support executive decision-making.

Drive cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Engineering, Revenue Cycle, Provider Success, Customer Support, Growth, and other teams to solve complex business challenges and launch new capabilities. Take on other high-priority strategic and operational initiatives as the needs of the business evolve. 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Product Operations, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a similar analytical role. ~ Intellectually curious with a genuine desire to understand every part of the business and quickly learn new domains. ~ A scrappy, resourceful builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating structure where none exists, solving difficult problems, and building scalable solutions. ~ Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and sound judgment to make decisions. ~ Strong communicator who can build trust and collaborate effectively with frontline team members, cross-functional partners, customers, and executive leadership. ~
