ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our team as a Project Coordinator. With hundreds of ongoing projects, they must be hyper-organized and diligent to ensure all our projects are kept on track and delivered on time to our client’s satisfaction. The Project Coordinators work with both internal and external partners to conduct quality assurance on incoming media and coordinate with partners to complete projects to specifications.
Due to the restrictions placed on the government funding received for this position, the role must be filled by a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment legally entitled to work in Manitoba.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Conduct quality assurance on media files
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to client specifications
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Maintain positive relationships with external partners
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track incoming invoices to ensure contractors are properly paid
- Assist with the organization and implementation of operational processes
- Other tasks/projects as assigned
