About the Opportunity

Project Coordinators are key in the successful planning, coordination and execution of construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers, field technicians, clients and other stakeholders, this role supports scheduling, resource allocation, documentation management, cost tracking, and regulatory compliance to ensure projects are organized, on schedule, and aligned with customer expectations. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping IPH innovate and evolve as an industry leader and employer of choice.

What You Will Do

- Support project planning and coordination, including budgets, schedules, mobilization plans, permits and progress tracking using tools, including Procore and Kojo.
- Coordinate project start-up activities, including job setup, document control and team communication.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes and follow up on action items.
- Track drawings, milestones,



deliverables and project correspondence to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Handle financial administration including purchase orders, invoicing, quantity tracking, and project status updates.
- Monitor project costs, track expenses, assist with forecasting and support job costing and billing processes.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including material orders and delivery scheduling.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
- Support compliance, safety, and quality assurance by coordinating inspections, maintaining documentation, ensuring regulatory adherence and contributing to project closeout.
- Performs other related duties, consistent with the role, skills and level of responsibility as required.

About You

- 2+ years of project coordinator experience in mechanical construction or design-build environments with post-secondary education in engineering, construction management or a related field (equivalencies may be considered).




- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; occasional travel to project sites and partner offices is expected.
- Proficient with project and office software, with openness to learning, sharing knowledge and improving digital practices; Procore experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration, coordination and issue resolution.
- Adaptable and highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining financial and schedule targets. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
- Mechanical Construction: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
