Aerospace specialty is an asset. You have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the Aerospace industry with at least three (10) years of supervisory experience. You have knowledge of the change management process.

You have robust people management and leadership qualities with an ability to mobilize and foster an environment of teamwork within cross-functional teams facilitating discussions and resolving issues to meet the business objectives. You have demonstrated leadership behaviors that support putting people first, work in teams, value teamwork, and drive for performance excellence while exhibiting a winning attitude. You must be fluent in English and French.
