Job Summary
Our Delta, BC location of Zodiac Hurricane Technologies has an immediate opening for a Project Management & Technical Sales position. This is a permanent, full-time position.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and project management skills to join our team. This role is best suited for candidates with experience managing projects in a technical, marine, engineering, or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, customers, sister companies internationally, and the Engineering department to support projects from initial quotation through delivery and after-sales support.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, working with different personalities and stakeholders, and supporting customer visits and sea trials.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycles, timelines, and milestones
- Create and maintain technical specifications and project documentation
- Populate quotation sheets and respond to technical questions from sister companies
- Interface with internal departments, with close collaboration with the Engineering department
- Participate in ongoing product evolution and development
- Assist Operations teams during customer visits and sea trials, including being on the boat in various weather and sea conditions such as choppy or rough waters
- Manage and coordinate warranty issues
- Act as a liaison with direct customers and sister companies internationally
- Develop, manage, and guide sales activities
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Organize and coordinate customer visits
- Organize First Article Testing (FAT) with customers
- Ensure after-sales technical support is provided to customers, field representatives, and dealers
- Maintain and develop a photographs database to showcase vessels on the company website and to customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills
- Proficient with CAD software, including SolidWorks and/or Rhino
- Sales experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Small Vessel Operations License is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate and work effectively with various personalities and stakeholders
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
