Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Project Coordinator / Project Manager to lead and support strategic initiatives across the organization. This role combines hands-on project coordination with project management leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while maintaining clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Develop project charters, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure milestones are achieved according to established timelines.
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage project scope and change requests while maintaining alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with sponsors, business leaders, team members, and external partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.




- Identify stakeholder requirements and ensure expectations are managed effectively.
- Escalate issues and provide recommendations for resolution when necessary.

Project Coordination

- Maintain project documentation, action logs, decision registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate resources and schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure project teams have the information and support needed to achieve objectives.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure accountability for assigned tasks.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare executive-level project status reports and dashboards.
- Track project budgets, timelines, risks, and performance metrics.
- Analyze project outcomes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support project governance processes and reporting requirements.

Continuous Improvement

- Promote project management best practices and standardized processes.
- Contribute to the development of templates, tools, and project methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project delivery.

Qualifications Required Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant qualified experience.
- 3-7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, consulting, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in consulting, transformation, operational improvement, or program management environments.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, resource planning, and financial tracking.
