Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive successful project delivery by leveraging your expertise in construction management, scheduling, budgeting, and team collaboration. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare cost forecasts and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while managing multiple teams effectively.
- Use digital tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, progress tracking, and communication among stakeholders.




- Manage project timelines with strong time management skills, adjusting schedules proactively to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review civil 3D models to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction project management with a solid understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D.
- Robust knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate project planning.
- Experience with construction estimating techniques to develop accurate budgets and cost controls.
- Familiarity with heavy civil projects or infrastructure development is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
