Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Project Manager for a 10-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE). This is a hybrid position based in Toronto.

Responsibilities - Manage, develop, and maintain project plans for current building integrationinitiatives.

- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.
- Execute project plans balancing budget, time, and risk while ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with executives, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
- Provide expert project management guidance, conduct status reviews, and prepare executive-level presentations.
- Chair meetings, build consensus, and communicate project updates with clarity and impact.
- Coach and mentor teams, develop resources plans, and continuously improve project delivery practices.




- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards and procedures. Must-Have Skills - 7-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional environments.
- Experience in real estate or workplace transformation/relocation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with executives and senior stakeholders across business units.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
- Proven track record in developing and executing detailed project plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Nice-to-Have Skills - Previous experience in financial institutions.
