You will lead safety-focused lithium extraction initiatives and teams. This pivotal role involves managing the core processes of lithium extraction and refining from brine.
You will be at the forefront of innovation, facilitating critical project milestones while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule targets. Your leadership will span from design to operational readiness, positioning the project for long-term success. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of safety and shared responsibility
- Lead detailed engineering and construction phases of the project
- Manage budgets and project scope effectively
- Track deliverables and adjust schedules to ensure project deadlines
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and contractors Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; must be a registered Skilled Engineer
- Over 15 years of project management experience
- Expertise in handling complex facility projects over $100MM
- Proven experience with engineering contractors and capital procurement
