In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Work closely with the product development department to guide the design process based on manufacturing capabilities and OHS best practices
- Plan, manage, and approve all activities related to the launch of new thermoforming products
- Plan, monitor, and control launch activities using performance metrics to ensure productive and comprehensive implementation
- Coordinate internal stakeholders involved in the industrialization phases
- Actively participate in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, enhancing safety, and improving the quality of the existing product line
