Join our Land Development & Municipal Engineering team in Langley or Vancouver, BC, and play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure and community development projects across the Lower Mainland. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll help shape thriving communities through the planning, design, approval, and delivery of municipal infrastructure and land development projects.
Our team is known for its long-standing relationships with developers, municipalities, townships, and cities, built on trust, technical excellence, and collaboration. As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects through the full lifecycle while helping drive business growth, client success, and the development of future talent. Lead the successful delivery of municipal infrastructure and land development projects from concept through construction.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and business objectives. Guide the planning and design of civil roadworks, water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, stormwater systems, and stormwater management facilities. Build trusted relationships with clients, municipal stakeholders, and approving authorities to advance project approvals and outcomes.
Drive business growth through proposal preparation, client engagement, and business development initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. Mentor and support the growth of junior professionals,
fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to building resilient communities through the delivery of impactful infrastructure projects. Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure and land development engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in the design and delivery of water, wastewater, drainage, and land development projects. Strong project management experience with a proven ability to manage financial performance and project risks.
