Manager, Asset ManagementThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Manager, Asset Management to join our team. Reporting to the VP, Asset Management, this individual will be a key contributor to the performance of our multi-residential portfolio — translating strategy into operational and financial results at the asset level. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong financial background who is eager to develop deep asset management expertise in the residential real estate sector.What You'll DoMonitor and manage the financial performance of an assigned portfolio of multi-residential assets, with a focus on maximizing net operating income (NOI) and overall asset valuePrepare, review, and track annual operating and capital budgets; conduct period-end variance analysis and produce management reportingDevelop and maintain asset-level business plans, including leasing, capital expenditure, and value-creation strategiesPartner with property management teams to support day-to-day operations and hold teams accountable to performance targetsConduct regular property-level reviews, including site visits and operational assessmentsSupport the preparation of investment committee materials, investor reporting, and ad hoc analysis as requiredTrack market trends, rental rate benchmarks,
