Hiring: Senior Digital Enablement Consultant – Microsoft Power Platform / M365

We are looking for a Senior Digital Enablement Consultant.

The ideal consultant will have extensive experience with digital transformation, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, automation governance, citizen development, and AI/Copilot adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and mature a Digital Enablement / Centre of Excellence (CoE) operating model.
- Develop governance frameworks for Power Platform, automation, citizen development, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Define intake, prioritization, governance, and portfolio management processes.
- Develop enterprise standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
- Support and govern citizen-developer programs.
- Develop strategies for Microsoft Copilot and AI governance.
- Facilitate workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process modernization.
- Develop training, knowledge-transfer, and adoption programs.
- Help establish communities of practice and sustainable Digital Enablement capabilities.

Required Experience





- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process modernization, or related technology consulting.
- Strong experience with enterprise automation and Digital Enablement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience developing governance frameworks for automation, digital solutions, citizen development, and/or AI.
- Experience establishing or managing a Low-Code / Automation / Digital Enablement / Innovation Centre of Excellence.
- Solid hands-on and strategic knowledge of:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Agents
- Experience developing governance, standards, operating models, and adoption frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working with large, complex organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
- Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft 365 certifications.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification.
- Previous experience within Canadian public sector or higher education.
- Experience implementing citizen-development and Power Platform governance programs.
