Paul Davis Simcoe County is growing and we are looking for a Full Time Project Manager to join our busy Award winning location. Serving the Insurance Industry, we help property owners put their lives together after a traumatic event such as fire or water damage. If you are highly organized, like helping others and would enjoy the reward of knowing that you helped someone in their time of need – this may be the job for you.

Experience in the Industry and use of Xactanalysis / Xactimate estimating software is a requirement.

Required:





- Minimum 3 year Experience in Estimating and managing / coordinating mitigation and restoration rebuild projects in the Insurance Restoration Industry
- Must live in the Simcoe County area
- IICRC certified
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well in a quick-paced, dynamic environment
- Sets and manages expectations
- Values contributing to a team environment
- Able to multitask
- Computer literate
- Clear criminal record

Each project manager would be required to be on a rotational on-call basis. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Experience

- Project management: 3 years (required)
- Xactimate Estimating: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
